Black Cat
Black Cat Coffee is a small batch, craft coffee roaster on Florida’s Space Coast. It all started with our love of coffee and has now grown into our passion. We figure, why drink old coffee if you don’t have too.
Our roastery specializes in single-origin coffees from around the world. We take great care in buying beans from respectable farmers. Whenever possible we purchase fair trade coffee or coffees from farmers that invest their profits to create a better way of life for the workers and their families.
Our hands-on approach to the roasting process allows us to ensure each coffee bean is roasted to its specific temperature in order to bring out the bean’s unique flavor. This hands-on approach allows us to develop relationships with our customers and to quickly adjust the roast (lighter or darker) or to create a signature blend.
Providing fresh roasted beans to order, ensures you always have the freshest beans for your coffee drinks. We love what we do and it shows in each bag of Black Cat Coffee.
